Jeremy has led teams to implement rigorous safety standards across supply chains, food manufacturing facilities, and multi-unit restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food safety and public health protection.
As Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Salad and Go, Jeremy has led the creation of a comprehensive food safety program from the ground up. He established the “OneFSQA” Team, uniting technical experts across the supply chain, food manufacturing, and store operations under one cohesive department. Under his leadership, Salad and Go implemented advanced safety protocols for over 150 store locations and three food manufacturing facilities; enhancing store sanitation, quality checks, and certification programs. Jeremy's initiatives have positioned Salad and Go as an industry leader in food safety, with Best-in-Class ratings for food safety audits.
As the business development director over the food and beverage segment at Controlant, he worked to enhance global supply chain safety through real-time monitoring and data-driven solutions. He pioneered the use of advanced temperature monitoring technologies to optimize food safety from production to delivery, ensuring compliance and quality control throughout the distribution process.
While at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Jeremy held leadership positions, including Quality Assurance Manager, where he was instrumental in transforming food safety programs. He developed comprehensive quality reporting systems, extended product shelf life through the use of cutting-edge technologies and implemented industry-leading traceability solutions. His contributions helped Chipotle achieve significant industry recognition for food safety innovation.
With a Master's in Food Safety from Michigan State University and over 15 years of experience, Jeremy combines visionary leadership with deep technical expertise. He excels at uniting cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in food safety standards, and his ability to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and executive strategy has earned him recognition as a trusted expert in the industry. Jeremy’s work across Salad and Go, Controlant, Chipotle, and other companies has consistently strengthened food safety outcomes, enhanced regulatory compliance, and built trust in the global food supply.
